I realized that it was one year ago today that Mark's parents left for their mission. They are serving in Ukraine. This picture is from the night before they left at the stake center where they got set apart to be missionaries. And what great missionaries they are. The people of Ukraine are blessed to have them. Though we are missing them, we are greatful for their willingness to serve the Lord. They are setting a great example of serving and teaching the Gospel.

We realized that yesterday too. We sent them a special "1 year" email. We keep checking to see if they are on instant messenger so we can talk to them on the phone, but they are never on. They are so busy!
