My Weight Loss tracker that is.
After spraining my ankle 4 months ago I haven't gotten back into the rhythm of working out. I've also started snacking more, eating bigger portions and eating deserts late into the evening. Eating out for every meal on our trip last week hasn't helped. I've gained 5 lbs in the last 4 months and have gone up a whole size. So it is back to business for me. This last month I've tried to work on doing better but I find if I post my goal on my blog for myself and all others to see, that I'm more likely to complete my goal, hence the title "It's Back".
A post of our California adventure will be coming shortly but I'm off to work on my abs!

Cathe Friedrich as soon as your ankle is better! You'll drop it fast and you're an inspiration for me to hit Golds gym that is a far cry from Lifetime in AZ.
Okay, your blog is so darling! :) Good luck with the 5 lbs. You're awesome, so I'm sure it will come off in no time. Can't wait to hear/see all about your CA adventures. I missed you. :)
Well, if you are going to gain weight, at least have fun doing it! I think I came back from Las Vegas with at least 5 extra pounds. It's good I don't live there! I hope you had a blast in California...
