Kids are back in school today and I'm not ready for this! We live close enough to the school that we get to walk. Kenny's class was first on our way. As I was saying buy and wishing him luck (not that he needs it) the girls kept on walking. I asked them to wait for me and they say together, "We don't need you to walk us to class mom." What?! I guess my babies are growing up.
I walked them to class anyway and said my good buys. I was doing good until a friend stops me in the hall to ask how I was doing. That's when the tears came. I even got her going. Even though I have a huge list of things I would like to tackle now that I'll have more time, I'm really going to miss always having someone right there to care for. Am I really at this stage?!
I couldn't be sad too long...as I coming up to the house, the delivery guys were there waiting to set up Mark's and my new bedroom set. No more miss-matched, hand-me-downs! Pictures of that to come later. :)
Kenny's in 5th, Carley's in 2nd and Lauren's in 1st grade.

Wow a bedroom set? Awesome!
They look adorable. Gotta love Lauren's glasses :) Can't wait to see the bedroom set.
They look so cute and grown up! I love Lauren's glasses, she looks so adorable.
I can't imagine being at "that" stage. I would cry too. It was hard enough just sending Bryn this year!
How exciting to get a new bedroom set. I can't wait to see pictures! We miss you guys!
Tell Kenny that fifth grade rocks! I have one of Jacob's friends in my fifth grade class this year. Love Lauren's glasses. Really nice first day photo of your kids. Congrats on the new bedroom set!
Ahhhh, I totally get ya sister! I was a complete mess too. I still say the best part of everyday is when I get to pick them up from school.
I'm excited to see the new furniture. Hurry, hurry, hurry!
Yeah, it's hard to believe that we're both at this stage. My friend calls it the Boo-Hoo Woo-Hoo stage! I hope they have a great time! I love the picture of them, too! So cute! And, yeah... post pictures of the bedroom set! Cool!!
They are getting sooo big! I love it! I hear ya on the "are we really at this stage?" question...its hard to let go.
Congrats on new furniture! I LOVE that feeling!
They are so cute! I love how the girls are holding hands--so sweet!
I am SUPER jealous of the furniture. We are in such need of our own set, not a hand me down. Have fun with it!
