Catch-up

It's catching up time!  Someday I'm going to slip back into my old self when I posted as soon as things happened, until then you get the catch up style...short and sweet.

I've got tons of "end-of-school" stuff to post but that just seems too daunting so we will jump to last weekend and Mark's 40th birthday.

I handed the camera to Kenny for some picture taking.  He forgot to lift the flash so they turned out blurry.  Here is Mark getting ready to blow out candles.

A few of our friends came over to help celebrate.

The day before, Mark went fishing and caught this beauty.  He cooked it up for his birthday dinner.  It was scrumptious!

We are still bewildered as how we came to be so old.

Another thing I've been up to is sewing.  I put in my first zipper.  Though it was a little tricky, it wasn't as hard as I expected it to be.  I had a fun time putting this skirt together.
