This is what I saw upon waking up this morning. Note there is no snow on the sidewalk and the street in the background. So I think, "There might be ice on the roads, there probably is a 2 hour delay for schools." I turn on the TV to see all the schools are closed! I'm with you Amy, these people are wimps!! I must admit there are some really big hills in the school district that the buses might have trouble on but still. So I gather all my kids to head out the door at 8:45 for volleyball and low and behold, no ice on the roads! Oh well. I guess this means another day of school in June. What will they do tomorrow...forecast is more snow during the night.

Too funny. We had a 2 hour delay yesterday. I just don't get it. I would think they'd be use to this. My poor kids are going to have a very LONG school year!
Snow??? I'm so jealous! You guys get to stay bundled up a while longer, drink hot chocolate, sit by a fire. . . . ahhh(sigh) must be nice! We're already wearing no sweaters here in the day time. I even turned the A/C on in the car the other day! You're so lucky!
i don't think i would like snow days...i don't even like half days...oh and by the way i love your side bar with the things your kids say...esp. the one about the ears!
