Kenny turns 8 today! I can't believe he is eight and getting baptized next month. He is really excited. Mark just left this morning for a work trip to Seattle so before he left we had a special birthday breakfast at Jack in the Box (Kenny's pick). He also got to open his presents this morning. He received a new bike among a few other things. He was getting way too big for his old one. This evening we will be going to the movies and Kenny gets to invite a friend. It should be a great day (at least I hope!)Here are a few things I love about Kenny.
1. His creative mind
2. How well he eats (I need to have at least one who will eat whatever I fix, right?)
3. His love of books and reading
4. He is a good helper (especially with his sisters)
5. His independence
6. His yearning to know how everything works in the world
7. His talent of knowing random facts (gets that from his dad)
8. His obsession with Star Wars
9. His artistic skills
10. His love of family
Enjoy the slide show of Kenny thru the years.

Happy Birthday Kenny! Wow, that is a really awesome bike! I'm so jealous. You have no idea how much I want a bike like that. I can't wait to see you when you come to Arizona. Love you!
I remember you waddling down the sidewalk so big pregnant with him, I thought you might pop! I can't believe he's already 8-Happy Birthday Kenny
Happy Birthday Kenny! I hope you guys have a good time in Mesa for the baptism.
WOW! I can't believe he's 8! Jacob turns 8 in July. That's really hard to believe. The hardest part for me is realizing that he will be accountable for everything. How do you get them to REALLY grasp that concept? I sometimes agree with Satan's plan and just want to MAKE them do what's right :) :)
He even looks all grown up on that new bike! How wonderful. Loved your last comment...
