The kids especially like to swim at the end of the day when dad can join them!
We also went to the Boise Zoo while we were in town. Not impressive. It was designed poorly so you had to back track allot. There also wasn't a huge amount of animals to see, but we only paid $12.00 total to get 4 of us in so I shouldn't have expected much. We did have fun though.
After looking at penguins, they had to become penguins themselves.
My babies have hatched!
Carley does not like "up and down" motion so she chose the bench.

On the other hand, the Discovery Museum was well worth it!

Cute pics! Had I known you were going to Boise I would have told you to get an annual pass to both the Zoo and the children's museaum. The zoo reciprocates with the Portland Zoo and the Children's Museum does with OMSI and they are both a fraction of the cost. It looks like you had a ton of fun!

We lived in Boise for 2 months during our 2 years in Israel (thanks to the 2nd Gulf War) and I really liked the Boise Zoo, due mainly to those awesome photo ops. I LOVE the giraffe slide. So cute! And the eggs hatching. I remember there was a cute turtle one, too??? Anyway, I LOVE your pictures. The swimming ones are awesome. My favorites are the ones with Mark throwing the kids up in the air. So cool!! I'm glad you can tag along on those fun little trips. :)
wow..how fun. i miss boise.. wish the winters were not so cold,other wise i think we would move.. love the zoo..
