Spring Break

Mark had to work in Medford Oregon over spring break so since we could drive there, we decided to join him. It was nice to have slightly sunnier skies and slightly warmer weather.

This fun week was filled with;

Swimming in a heated pool
Shopping
Playing at a park
Visiting the Science Works Museum in Ashland, Oregon
Taking a tour of Harry and David's bakery and packaging center

If you ask the kids, the highlight was definitely swimming. The only pictures I managed to get was of the Science Museum and the tour of Harry and David's. Enjoy!
This was Lauren's fav at the museum. Some freaky display of movement and lights using Barbies.

This arch was fun to build...

and knock down.

This little machine would read your heartbeat from your hands and drum it on the drum. It seemed to work for everyone but either it did not work for me or I have a serious problem with my heart.

Chocolates being made at Harry and David's. They gave out tons of delicious samples.

Watching the packaging down below.

Scrumptious treats being packaged in beautiful boxes.

I almost forgot, on Sunday we tried to visit the Medford Temple grounds. It is a small Temple and as you can see, it was all locked up.

Your trip looks like a TON of fun! I had no idea there was cool stuff to do in Medford. My favorite pic is Lauren and Carley in the mirror. I do like the temple pics, too. The chocolate looks DELISH! Mmmm....

What a fun filled spring break! We miss you guys! Does Oregon still fill like a new place for you, or has it settled in? Just wondering what it's like.

How fun! Sounds like a lot of good family time together. Hannah was looking at the pics of your kids and she said "Lauren is grown up!" Your kids are so cute!
