My mom couldn't help much when I was in school because she worked full time. However, I do remember the couple of times she helped out with Field Day. It has always been a special memory of mine. Because of this, I signed up to help out with Field Day at Kenny's school. With Carley and Lauren still at home, I've had a difficult time helping out in Kenny's class. I thought Kenny might like to see me out there having fun with all the kids in his school. And I did have an absolute blast! I love doing things like this with kids. Kenny's class was the last class to come to my station. I was waiting anxiously for his class to come. Well, when his class finally came he and 5 other students were told to sit at the fence and not participate in this last game. Apparently they got a little out of hand with the water at the last stop. Let me just tell you, I was really bummed! I don't know why I get upset about such things. I think I was more upset about missing out on this moment then his goofing off. According to him, his sitting out was uncalled for (I really don't know who to believe). Anyway, I feel gypped. Sniff, sniff . . . maybe next year!

Are you guys still in school? Don't worry so much, kids do these things ESPECIALLY on days like field day. When you work at a school you hear every little thing your kid does wrong. Buh-leeve me! Kids tend to act like....kids!
how sad...sorry for the moment not the way it should've been....
